With the popularization of PON networks and the explosive development of  optical network end users, three types of problems, such as "incomplete data  on cell resource access to the network", "inaccurate data on installed user  resources", and "incomplete release of on-site ports", have led to the  maintenance of PON networks by operators. The management of resources is  becoming more and more serious, and how to solve these problems to achieve  the refined management of network resources is becoming more and more  important and urgent. The maintenance of PON network resources also poses  a great challenge to operators. ONU inspections are inefficient, large in number,  widely distributed, and often use special protocols, and traditional solutions to  supervision difficulties cannot solve these problems in a timely and effective  manner.
